OAX 2023 Raffle Prize Donation Form

Thank you for donating to our charity raffle benefiting Trails Foundation of Northern Utah & the Weber Sustainability Fund! All prizes will be raffled and awarded to attendees at OAX: Saturday, June 17, 2023, 5:30 pm @ Basecamp at Snowbasin Resort. We will begin promoting the prizes and about the donating companies in early June! To be included in the advance promotion, let us know what you'd like to contribute.
